Gluten-free Banana Bread

- 2 eggs
- 100 g gluten-free oatmeal or gluten-free flour mix
- 50 g butter or coconut oil (melted)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
- and Optional: 50 g chopped nuts

- or line with baking paper. Mash the bananas with a fork or dough scraper in a bowl
