Ingredienser
- Dough:
- 25 g yeast
- 3 dl lukewarm milk
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 500 g wheat flour (approx.)
- Fill:
- 1 small can of tomato paste
- 150 g grated cheese
- 100 g ham in strips (or sausages cut into small cubes)
- and Oregano or basil (dried)

- Dough scraper
- Whisk or spoon
- Rolling pin
- Baking paper
- Knife (or children's knives)
- Brush (can be used for a little oil or milk if desired)

- Dissolve the yeast in the lukewarm milk. Add oil
- salt and then flour a little at a time. Knead until the dough is smooth. Let the dough rise for about 30-40 minutes under a tea towel. Roll out the dough into a rectangle with the rolling pin. Spread tomato paste over the dough. Spread ham/sausages and grated cheese on top. Sprinkle with oregano or basil. Roll the dough up like a roulade and cut it into slices of approximately 2 cm. Place the snails on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake at 200 °C (regular oven) for about 12-15 minutes
