Cookies with cutters

Ingredienser

  • 250 g wheat flour
  • 125 g butter (cold
  • diced)
  • 100g sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
  • and (Optional icing and sprinkles for decoration)

  • Cutters in fun shapes
  • Dough scraper
  • Whisk
  • Rolling pin
  • Cutting board or baking sheet to roll the dough on

Sådan gør I

  1. Mix flour
  2. sugar and vanilla sugar in a bowl. Crumble in the butter and quickly combine the dough with the egg. (Do not knead the dough too much). Wrap the dough in cling film and let it rest in the fridge for about 20 minutes. Roll out the dough on a lightly floured board or cutting board. Use the cutters to make fun shapes. Place the figures on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake at 180°C (conventional oven) for about 8–10 minutes
  3. until lightly golden. Let the cookies cool – and decorate with icing and sprinkles
  4. if desired.
