  • 100 g grated carrots (about 2 medium-sized)

  11. and stir gently with a dough hook. Fill the muffin tins about 2/3 full with batter – children can help with batter scoops or spoons. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 180°C (adult helps with the oven). Let them cool slightly and decorate with powdered sugar if desired.
