  • 25 g yeast
  • 3 dl lukewarm milk
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 50 g butter (melted)
  • 500 g wheat flour (approx.)
  • 8 sausages (cut in half)
  • and 1 egg (for brushing)

  1. Dissolve yeast in the lukewarm milk in a large bowl. Add sugar
  2. salt and melted butter. Stir in the flour a little at a time until the dough is soft and pliable. Cover the bowl with a tea towel and let the dough rise for about 45 minutes. Divide the dough into 2 balls and roll each ball into a circle. Cut the circle into triangles (like a pizza). Place a piece of sausage on the wide end and roll the triangles into small horns. Place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Brush with beaten egg. Bake at 200 °C (regular oven) for approx. 12-15 min.
